1、数据包括两个图层：其中冻土分区图1:12,000,000，冻土分区包括continuous and discontinuous permafrost, insular and sparsely insular permafrost, sporadic permafrost, and seasonally frozen ground.(2)冻土类型图1:4,500,000，根据海拔高度、年平均气温、冻土深度、冻融深度、季节性冻土、季节性冻结深度划分为14个类型。
