The land use data of 30 meters in Gansu Province includes 10 primary categories, namely: cultivated land, forest land, grassland, shrubland, wetland, water body, tundra, artificial surface, bare land, glacier, and permanent snow cover. It contains rich information on the spatial distribution of land cover, which better describes the land use status and spatial distribution.

The dataset mainly uses 30 meter multispectral images (Landsat series multispectral images) and 16 meter resolution multispectral images from GF-1 WFV sensors for image classification. Remote sensing images with cloud cover controlled within the allowable cloud cover. It is divided into 10 primary categories, namely cultivated land (code 10), forest land (code 20), grassland (code 30), shrubland (code 40), wetland (code 50), water body (code 60), tundra (code 70), artificial surface (code 80), bare land (code 90), glacier and permanent snow cover (code 100).
Mask extraction of land use data with a spatial resolution of 30 meters in Gansu Province for the years 2000, 2010, and 2020.
The overall accuracy of land use data for the years 2000, 2010, and 2020 is above 83.50%, with a Kappa coefficient of above 0.78.
The data quality is good.
