2020 collected by the Jinhai Lake lake water by precision filtration - ultrafiltration pretreatment, by reverse osmosis / nanofiltration system desalination of produced water water samples, by the third-party testing organization of the National Center for Supervision and Inspection of the Quality of Seawater and Brackish Water Use Products, as well as the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Institute of Radiology and Medical Research test to obtain the produced water quality report.
Test content includes total coliforms, heat-resistant coliforms, total bacterial count, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, lead, mercury, selenium, cyanide, fluoride, nitrate nitrogen, trichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, chromaticity, turbidity, pH, aluminum, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, chloride, sulfate, total dissolved solids, total hardness, oxygen consumption, volatile phenols, anionic synthetic detergents, calcium ions, magnesium ions, zinc ions, and so on. Calcium ions, magnesium ions, potassium, sodium, carbonate, bicarbonate, total alkalinity, iron, total alpha, total beta.

Water quality testing by a third-party testing organization.
(1)Data production process: freshwater water samples obtained from Jinhai Lake water by precision filtration-ultrafiltration pretreatment and desalination by reverse osmosis/nano-filtration system are tested by a third-party testing organization to obtain water quality data. The precision filtration system adopts bag filter element with filtration precision of 5 μm and meltblown filter element in series, and the operating pressure of the precision filter is 0.3 MPa. The ultrafiltration system adopts polyvinylidene fluoride tubular membrane (average pore size of 0.1 μm, inner diameter of the membrane tube is 8 mm, Tianjin HaiPuLu), and the operating pressure of the ultrafiltration is 0.13 MPa, and the circulating flow rate is 43~45 m3/h, and the flow rate of the produced water is controlled at 2 m3/h. Desalination system Commercial polyamide 4040 rolled reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membrane module (VNF2 and ULP100, Guiyang Times Walton Co., Ltd.), operating pressure 1.3 MPa, feed water salt content 7.5 g/L, water temperature 30 ± 2 ℃, feed water flow rate of 2 m3/h, desalination membrane assembly in the form of 4RO-4NF.
(2)Methods and standards: According to the “standard test methods for drinking water” GB/T 5750-2006, “Determination of potassium and sodium in water quality flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry” GB/T 11904-1989, “Determination of calcium and magnesium ions in industrial circulating coolant water EDTA titration method” GB/T 15452-2009 The test method and process are regulated by other standards.
(3) Results: desalination system produced water quality to meet the drinking water standards, to meet the task book assessment indicators.
