The main contents of the survey include:  1. Soil profile; Soil stratification: 5 layers in total, 0-5cm, 0-5cm, 10-20cm, 20-40cm and 40-60cm, with photos. Observation items: soil moisture and soil temperature. Observation method and sampling quantity: the ring knife method is used for soil moisture (the volume of the ring knife is 50cm ^ 3), with 2 repetitions for each layer; Ml2x soil moisture quick tester, once for each layer; The soil temperature shall be measured by American 6310 needle soil thermometer (15cm), with 2 repetitions for each layer. Data storage: Excel. Measurement time: June 3, 2008.  2. Surface soil moisture; Observation item: soil moisture. Soil stratification: 0-5cm.
